To fix the error:

Windows

1. Make sure your device's system time, date, and time zone settings are correct. You can access these settings by right-clicking or tapping and holding the clock on your taskbar, then selecting Adjust date and time.
2. Delete any saved ACSM files on your device.
3. Clear your temporary internet files.
4. Download the title from your library's digital collection again and open it immediately.

Mac

1. Go to Apple menu > System Preferences.
2. Click Time & Date, then select Set time and date automatically.
3. Delete any saved ACSM files on your computer, if applicable.
